Alberto Pisoni (GM)
Alberto Pisoni is currently director of Control Systems department at General Motors, Torino (Italy)
Alberto Pisoni was born in 1966, studied at Politecnico di Torino where he got his degree in Electronic Engineering in 1991. He started his career in Centro Ricerche FIAT in 1993 and joined General Motors in 2006 as chief engineer, introducing the first diesel in-house control system for GM (2010). In 2011-12, he had an international assignment in Detroit (US) with the responsibility for gasoline and automatic transmission controllers. He’s recently expanding his influence on some key areas of future mobility: electrification and data analytics applied to vehicle systems.
